Large terrace with sea view. The villa is very close to the beach with lovely views of the sea and sand. The ground floor has one living room, opening to a pretty partially shaded terrace with access to pool through a lockable gate, master bedroom with access to the same terrace, bathroom and kitchen with utility area. From the pool area there is access to a small courtyard garden with lemon and lime trees. All the terraces, the pool and the garden are totally secluded and private. The first floor has a second living room opening onto a partially shaded terrace with lovely sea and beach views, a further master bedroom opening to the terrace, 2 smaller bedrooms and a bathroom. The house is in a very quiet position but is also very close to shops, restaurants and the beach.
